The Mission of Empowerment 3D Inc. Mentorship Program is where we mentor in three dimensions: Students, Sons, and Fathers that will create a brighter future.
We mentor students by providing guidance, discipline, and encouragement to help them grow into responsible, purpose-driven young men. Through academic support, life skills, and spiritual development, we empower students to rise above challenges and pursue a brighter future grounded in faith, character, and accountability.
We mentor sons to understand their identity, embrace responsibility, and build stronger relationships within their families. By fostering emotional maturity, respect, and spiritual values, we equip sons to honor their roles, communicate effectively, and develop the integrity needed to thrive as men of purpose and promise.
We mentor fathers to lead their homes with wisdom, strength, and compassion. By restoring confidence, encouraging accountability, and reinforcing their God-given role, we help fathers break generational cycles, become present leaders, and leave a legacy of love, faith, and leadership for their children and communities.

Empowerment 3D Inc. is a transformative mentorship program based in LaGrange, Georgia, founded by Jerome Cofield — President and visionary behind the Empowerment 3D. Our mission is to empower and develop men in three vital dimensions: Students, Sons, and Fathers. We believe that by strengthening these roles, we can positively impact families, communities, and future generations.
Rooted in faith and purpose, Empowerment 3D Inc. provides mentorship, leadership development, and life-skills training to help young men discover their identity, walk in accountability, and lead with integrity. Whether guiding students toward discipline and direction, sons toward responsibility and character, or fathers toward legacy and leadership, our approach is holistic and life-changing.
